Our Story

Built on Transparency Since Day One


Carmel Builders has been building custom homes in Greater Milwaukee for over two decades. In 2024, we joined the Alair Homes network to bring our clients something no independent builder in this market offers: a fixed-price, open-book building process. You see every line item. You approve every dollar. The price you agree to is the price you pay.

We are not the biggest builder in Milwaukee. We build fewer homes each year because every project gets our full attention. Tom Weiher leads each build personally, from the first planning consultation through the final walkthrough.
